Christmas apple pie with chocolate pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter 
  • 3/4 cup sugar 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar 
  • 1 3/4 cup flour 
  • 1 pack of baking powder 
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 apples
  • 2 packets of chocolate pudding mix 
  • 2 cups milk 
  • 4  tablespoon sugar  
Directions

  1. Cream together the butter, the vanilla sugar and sugar until light, fluffy and pale. I take for this and the whole recipe my food processor Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet.  Gradually mix in the bowl the eggs with the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa and the  cinnamon. Peel, core and slice the apples now.
  2. Enter 2/3 of the dough into a greased springform pan and place the apples slices on it. Now give the remaining dough over the apples.
  3.  Bake for 50-60 minutes ( 180C ) and remove from the oven. 
  4. Now you cook the pudding. For the recipe take for 2 packets only 2 cups of milk, thus you get a nice solid chocolate mass.
  5. This chocolate pudding is then spread on the cake.

Christmas Cupcakes - weihnachtliche Cupcakes

 Christmas Cupcakes

Serves 14
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup almond cookie
Topping
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sour crème
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/6 cup almond cookie
Directions
  1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light, fluffy and pale. I take for this and the whole recipe my food processor Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet
  2. In the meantime, heat the oven to 180C. 
  3. Gradually mix in the bowl the eggs with the flour, the baking powder, the milk and the crushed cookies.
  4. Place 14 paper cupcake cases into a muffin tin and divide the mixture between them.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes and remove from the oven. Then let them cool down.
Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl beat the butter until smooth.
  2. Add the  sour crème, the melted chocolate chips and the  crushed cookies.
  3. Now you can decorate your cupcakes.

Zucchini Cheese Soup - Zucchini Käse Suppe

Zucchini Cheese Soup

Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini (grated)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1,4 oz gouda
  • 3,5 oz cream cheese
  • salt & pepper 
Directions
  1. The grated zucchini sauté in a pan with butter.
  2. After about 5 minutes add the flour and  vegetable stock. Boil the vegetable stock and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Let the cheese melt and serve.

Vegetable Noodles - Gemüsenudeln

Vegetable Noodles


Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 2 medium size carrots (julienned)
  • 2 medium size zucchini (julienned)
  • 2 medium size tomatoes (sliced)
  • 150 grams spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
    Directions
    1. Place a large pot of water on to boil an add salt.  
    2. Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the packet. In the last 2 minutes add the carrots and zucchini.
    3. After 2 minutes, pour off the water.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and swirl the garlic and the tomatoes in it. 
    5. At the end give you the vegetable pasta to the pan.

    Cheese Spaetzle - Käsespätzle

    Serves 3
    Ingredients
    • 4 cup all purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 5 eggs
    • salt
    • 2 onions quartered and sliced
    • 4 oz. Gruyère
    • 3 tablespoons butter
      Directions
      1. Place a large pot of water on to boil an add salt. 
      2. Now make the dough. Mix the eggs with milk and add to the flour and salt. Mix until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then mix it again. 
      3. I prepare the spaetzle with the Tupperware "Spätzleria". But you can also proceed to another manual.
      4. When the water boils you can begin.
      5. When the spaetzle has floated to the top of the water, remove it to a bowl.
        Repeat with the entire dough.
      6. Melt the butter in a large skillet and add onion. Cook them until golden. Add now the cheese and let him melt. 
      7. Once the cheese has melted add the spaetzle to the pan. Stir the cheese spaetzle. If necessary, you can taste with pepper.

      Ingredients
      • 3-4 potatoes
      • 3 tablespoons oil
      • 1 onion, chopped
      • 1 zucchini, sliced
      • 1/3 cup tomatoes, sliced
      • 1/4 cup olives
      Directions
      1. Scrub the potatoes clean and dice into small, even pieces.
      2. Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes. Cook them about 30 minutes.
      3. Add the onion and the vegetable. Cook them about 5 minutes.

      Mushroom Spinach Risotto - Pilz Spinat Risotto

      Serves 2
      Ingredients
      • 1 clove of garlic
      • 2/3 cup arborio rice
      • 2 tbsp oil
      • 1/8 cup apple juice
      • 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
      • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
      • 1/2 cup mushrooms
      • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
      • salt pepper nutmeg
      Directions
      1. Chop the garlic and sauté the rice in oil. Add the apple juice and stir until it is almost completely absorbed.
      2. Now add the vegetable broth and cook the rice. After 10 minutes, add the spinach and cook the risotto. - Stir!
      3. In the meantime, saute the mushrooms in a oil.
        Add the mushrooms and the parmesan to the risotto and heat through.
