Ingredients

• 3-4 potatoes
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 zucchini, sliced
• 1/3 cup tomatoes, sliced
• 1/4 cup olives

Directions

1. Scrub the potatoes clean and dice into small, even pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes. Cook them about 30 minutes.
3. Add the onion and the vegetable. Cook them about 5 minutes.

Zutaten für 2 Personen

• 375gr Kartoffeln
• 3 EL Öl
• 1 Zwiebel
• 1 Zucchini
• 100gr. Tomaten
• 50gr. Oliven

Zubereitung

1. Die Kartoffeln schälen und vierteln.
2. Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Kartoffeln hinzugeben. Nun die Kartoffeln etwa 30 Minuten abraten.
3. Die Zwiebel und das Gemüse hinzugeben und 5 Minuten köcheln lassen.
