- 2 medium size carrots (julienned)
- 2 medium size zucchini (julienned)
- 2 medium size tomatoes (sliced)
- 150 grams spaghetti
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Place a large pot of water on to boil an add salt.
- Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the packet. In the last 2 minutes add the carrots and zucchini.
- After 2 minutes, pour off the water.
- Heat oil in a pan and swirl the garlic and the tomatoes in it.
- At the end give you the vegetable pasta to the pan.
