Vegetable Noodles - Gemüsenudeln

Vegetable Noodles

Serves 2
  • 2 medium size carrots (julienned)
  • 2 medium size zucchini (julienned)
  • 2 medium size tomatoes (sliced)
  • 150 grams spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
    1. Place a large pot of water on to boil an add salt.  
    2. Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the packet. In the last 2 minutes add the carrots and zucchini.
    3. After 2 minutes, pour off the water.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and swirl the garlic and the tomatoes in it. 
    5. At the end give you the vegetable pasta to the pan.
