Vegetable Noodles - Gemüsenudeln

Vegetable Noodles

Serves 2
  • 2 medium size carrots (julienned)
  • 2 medium size zucchini (julienned)
  • 2 medium size tomatoes (sliced)
  • 150 grams spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
    1. Place a large pot of water on to boil an add salt.  
    2. Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the packet. In the last 2 minutes add the carrots and zucchini.
    3. After 2 minutes, pour off the water.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and swirl the garlic and the tomatoes in it. 
    5. At the end give you the vegetable pasta to the pan. 


    Zutaten für 2 Personen
    • 200 gr. Karotten (Julienne)
    • 200 gr. Zucchini (Julienne)
    • 200 gr. Tomaten (Würfel)
    • 150 gr. Spaghetti
    • 2 Knoblauchzehen
    • 1 EL Öl
    1. Einen großen Topf mit Wasser anstellen, Salz hinzufügen
    2. Wenn das Wasser kocht, die Spaghetti in das Wasser geben. In den letzten 2 Minuten der regulären Kochzeit die Karotten und die Zuchhini zu den Spaghetti geben.
    3. Nach 2 Minuten das Wasser abgießen.
    4. In einer Pfanne Öl erhitzen und den Knoblauch und die Tomaten darin schwenken.
    5. Zum Abschluss ebenfalls die Gemüsenudeln in die Pfanne geben und kurz erhitzen.
    6. Wer nicht auf Kalorien achten muss, kann beim servieren etwas Parmesan hinzugeben.
