Zucchini Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini (grated)
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1,4 oz gouda
- 3,5 oz cream cheese
- salt & pepper
Directions
- The grated zucchini sauté in a pan with butter.
- After about 5 minutes add the flour and vegetable stock. Boil the vegetable stock and add the remaining ingredients.
- Let the cheese melt and serve.
